We use equipment and systems highly sophisticated in metal completion. A powder coating applied by << jet robots >> a factory using iron phosphate and a factory which employs a treatment with zirconium which meets the specifications. We offer an exceptional output in two factories with two lines of production and several quarters of work.
We hold also a smaller system << batch oven >> very effective for the special orders (one week deadline ,subject to standard colors).

Metopoxy has a range of proffesional equipment required to treat all types of parts, groups of parts, and serial parts.
The painting process never begins unless the surface has been thoroughly degreased or phosphatized.
With 2 production lines our 365m and 240m long conveyors can receive parts measuring 1.5m x 3m x 6m .
Our conveyor paint systems feature 2 automatic paint booths , 1 manual booth ans 2 drying ovens as well as a dust free booth eqipped with its own oven.
